I'm not exactly well-versed on Chinese business (to say the least), but I remember reading that they have their own search engine - not the big G (I think it's Baidu). Further, the Chinese Gubmen block FaceBook, YouTube, and Twitter. That cancels out the normal online channels our businesses use.
Besides, truth be told, I'm sure they'd prefer it if we just bought their exports, and only sent certain protected compu-chips, etc., to them. Our Gubmen have made us suckers for far too long to be taken seriously as exporters now - not that our businesses wouldn't Love the chance.
