Whether you offer products or services, the key to keeping your customers happy and growing your business is to know what they want. Thanks to social media, analytics, and data mining, that has never been easier.

By observing what content customers and potential customers consume, businesses can determine what products to carry and share only the type of content that will keep them coming back.

Really good information there, Gail. And thanks for sharing, Erik.

I think it's imperative to analyze the success of your curated content strategy and measure the reactions of your costumers. Many businesses still leave the analysis process out of it, hopefully we'll see a shift towards more data-backed findings.

Thanks, Ann. Hopefully my readers appreciate the time it takes to find the best video and the best SlideShare. That isn't always easy - as you would know.

Thanks for sharing my post, Erik. This one is very comprehensive. It contains a unique image that will grab attention (the curation process infographic), plus a "What is content curation" video, plus the "Show, Don't Tell - The Rise of Visual on Social Media" SlideShare and an infographic that helps readers understand how content curation can lead to knowing what a businesses' customers want to buy.
