I was shocked when I first came across this…
It was about 8 years ago when I first visited the Philippines (which is where I’m staying temporarily for the next few years). And probably the most surprising thing was how the busy city streets had virtually NO TRAFFIC LIGHTS WHATSOVER at intersections.
It’s complete chaos
