I've found that when those DIY gurus try to scale operations, that's when they come to talk to me. Writing a blog or other content yourself can be very practical when you're running a brand new business. But when you have to spend more time with clients and customers, you simply can't do everything yourself.

Great post on what can sometimes be a ticklish subject, Thursday, namely hiring someone else to produce your content. The results can be great but, of course, some people feel the necessity to create their own content. Certainly, there's a need for professional content creation out there, but as someone else in the same business, I can tell you it's sometimes a hard sell with all the DIY gurus around.
