Hi Ti. Thanks so much for the shout out! BizSugar is definitely a unique small business site. As a past community manager, I can tell you that members benefit not just by sharing their blog posts, but by commenting on and voting for other members' content too. I am the perfect example. Just look what a little thoughtful community participation can do!
