Its not just the hospitality industry which suffers from this crisis. There are also issues within the publishing and other industries. It is something that I mentioned in a previous blog post -> http://twofeetmarketing.com/book-reviews-sell/

I also wrote about it on an author blog of mine. It is a shame that these things happen, but that is why it is so important to cultivate positive reviews with every customer - so 'fake reviews' are obvious or the minority.
