Nicole: I like your eloquent description of how to create your brand:

"You start with a little bit of common sense, throw in a little bit of business-related soul searching, and mix it with a little bit of logistics."

You create your brand by using reason built on rational business philosophy and you use apply supply chain management thinking to the process!
