One of the best ways to get interaction from your prospects and customers is simply to create a Facebook group. Personally, I don't particularly like Facebook, but I have to admit the concept of a Facebook group for business is extremely powerful if it is used properly.

Yes you never have to worry about creating your own online forum ever again. As long as there is active participation the group can turn into an online community.

Hi Scott, I agree that groups are one of Facebook's best kept secrets and more businesses should use them. Personally, I find them useful as an internal communications and project tool for larger groups of people.
