Since the web was created more than 20 years ago, web design has come a long way. This is down to improved technology, but also to taste. Unfortunately, many early adopters of the web are so keen on their original website designs, that they haven’t updated them to reflect these changes. The online world changes so fast, and especially for a consumer facing website, it feels very important to be up to date and easy to use. It can be difficult to see what changes you need to make; this is why it's always helpful to get input from colleagues and clients about how to make your site better and more usable.

Change they say is constant and, the more you become aware of this, the better for you. The problem however, is that most are always afraid of change and therefore, becomes blind to see it when it come and, that's why their business will never be going forward.
