Brian! Great post! I saw this over on Small Business Trends too. I like particularly the discussion of the difference between reach and engagement. But probably most important is your look at objectives. It seems sometimes as if many entrepreneurs don't give this enough thought when using social media, launching a new website or really doing anything connected to getting their brand out there. Attention is great. But what are you going to do with it?
