It depends. I would recommend looking at a piece of old content daily if possible. It's easier to edit than it is to write. Check your stats weekly unless you're tracking a campaign, then check daily throughout the campaign. The problem with giving a specific time on any of these is that some might lead to micro projects with longer durations. I would say that, as a minimum, if you check on these things every week, you should be in good shape.
