Great post, Siggi. I'm am totally addicted to checking my stats. I could never see myself going more a than a couple of days without checking it at least once. Even though I don't fully understand the intricate in's and out's of it, I at least have to see how many pageviews I've gotten. Lol.

It is really hard without it. To me the most addictive part is the real-time statistics. I love watching how it influences the amount of visitors as I share a post on Twitter, Facebook or even Bizsugar. But, it is important to keep the balance... Thanks a lot for the comment!

Hehe, I totally understand you and have the same feeling myself. But I guess that feeling is what made me write the article originally, because I do not really want anything to be impossible for me, so a reason was just to prove to myself that I actually could live without Google Analytics for some days.
