Well, this is really cool! I can see how it would save a step each time you engage with someone via email and then want to hunt them down on various social networks. My question is whether there is an etiquette to reaching out to someone socially when emailing them. This tool obviously makes it easier to connect with people and I suppose it could lead to a little "aggressive connecting," shall we say? I'm also wondering in what day to day business situations you most often use it. Can you share a few more thoughts in the BizSugar comment section?

Heather: I have been using the Gmail plugin Rapportive for a long time. I get a great snapshot and overview with this service. LinkedIn did a smart thing when they acquired this company.
