I've used a number of hosting services over the years and finally settled in with a host that costs a little more than the competitors but comes with amazing customer service. This level of customer services is worth WAY more than saving $50 a year in hosting fees, especially if your websites are businesses unto themselves.

Also, I would recommend business users to opt for reseller accounts even if they don't resell hosting. The reseller account lets your business add websites and parked domains at any time without incurring additional hosting fees.
