Ivan: Thanks for the link. It will be a good resource for my future tea business. When I have finished my first book, I can roll out my tea selection in a more powerful way, I think.

Books are great, but personalized tea blends are even better :) I see some interests in Kickstarter - this one is pretty cool (artisanal teas):
