The crowdfunding market is becoming increasingly full as more artists, entrepreneurs and creators are looking to these platforms to fund upcoming projects. In an industry that has grown rapidly and continues to do so, it seems the biggest name is the arena may be feeling as though they’re missing out on too many projects with their stringent campaign rules.

I like that niche crowdfunding's popping up. It makes for more interesting times in that area. It had to go niche anyway, I think. I feel that was the next natural step.

Niche crowdfunding options also create a greater likelihood of finding the kinds of communities who share your interests and passions. Thus arguably, they will be more likely to be interested in helping to fund your project.
