Trello was easy to use in the podcasting workflow, as we have show notes, podcast segments, and published episodes already in Trello. Todoist had to be an add on to the workflow, creating another place to check during the process. Todoist is good for many other things and I like the quirkiness and positive outlook of the app.

I have been using Todoist in the past for podcasting tasks, but I am using Trello nowadays. For simple tasks, with a visual interface, I use Doo app.
