With all the opportunities to "touch" your clients and prospects with social networking tools, sales people need to make sure they don't confuse "touching" the prospect with connecting with a real person and developing a real relationship.

This is a great reminder. I love the hunt, and most good sales people do, but neglecting good clients is often a danger. I try to block time for touching base with clients and polling needs. Thanks for the great tickler about what is important--that's why I browse through BizSugar regularly.
