Thanks for your reply, example and link. It is a challenge to be enchanted by their main product (Coke soft drink) that basically is sugar water, but I am for freedom of choice! Have you seen Coca-Cola's new campaign, #ReasonsToBelieve ? I bet it will become viral.

In terms of enchantment by great story-telling, Coca-Cola does a great job with this. Oftentimes, their viral videos or advertising touches on something emotional that people can connect with, thereby creating a long-lasting relationship with their customers.
