Great idea for networking the skills of your community, Chris, which I'm sure will eventually lead to increased referrals for all the group's members. Theoretically this is the way for very small business to compete with larger brands online. Bundling together the talents from your various members means you can offer a wide range of products and services equal to a larger company with considerably less overhead.

My Meetup Group has already benefited from the directory that I put together. In fact I was abel to refer a couple of people while I was putting it together since I was exposed to a bunch of different members businesses.
