So many people work towards becoming free of a regular 9-5 job in the hope that they can attain freedom by working online.

As someone who works online there were some harsh realities that I had to come to terms with and if you're thinking about making the change you need to know exactly what they are.

I've had this problem too.

A lot of people don't get that you can make a living from the web. Running a blog and all that sort of thing.

A lot of the time people even say "well you don't get to keep the money right? It's just for fun?".

Crazy stuff like that.
