A very interesting read, and I enjoyed your take on Time Management, that everyone has their own style, and of course, strategies only work if the goals are realistic :)
"Prepare for failure, and learn to fail efficiently" - I would replace efficiently with effectively, as a personal preference, merely because if we are going to "fail" we may as well do it in a constructive manner where we can learn effectively. And use that learning for future reference.
