If anyone is wondering why I (and I assume others) don't vote for your default-avatar submissions, see point number one on Heidi's superb blog post. A personal avatar is the ante to play, the flag that says you are not just another spammer and I should take the time to actually see what you've submitted.

Loved the post Heidi, especially number 4. When people comment we all learn from each other. One reason is that it can spark ideas or get you to think in a different way that can lead to better solutions and results. Even if someone disagrees it makes you think and that is a good thing.

You should do more posts.
