I'm not used to having a gun pointed at me while I try to read an article, but it's pretty good just the same. The points are basic, but it's important to keep them in mind before going into a negotiation of any kind (including a sales call). This is especially true of the point regarding power of reward. If you're not mindful of the power of reward that people have over you, you can make some rather stupid concessions.
