Thanks for responding. Whatever directions your feelings go in, this has certainly become newsworthy. Brian, great commentary! Bottom line: this guy was pissed off and he walked off the job in a way most dream of doing!

Hmm! If you believe 'the customer is always right' then there is only one side to take. The best part of this story is that it shows how ridiculous it is to believe in absolutes like 'the customer is always right'. It should also be noted that this guy was professional enough to remove himself from a situation in which he must have felt like striking back. If had been able to wait another half hour he could have had his beer, smashed a few plates and not made a story.

Hi Yoni,

At least the passengers can be glad he did not do it mid flight. We are lucky as small business owners because we have a choice whether to work with certain customers or not.
