Quality is not just about half-million dollar cars. It's something we must strive for in every business deal!

braden,

nice job. sorry i'm not typing caps, my shift key is broken.

anyhow, nice find. i love vintage ads and this one is no exception. i do surmise though that it is the butler or chauffer doing the shopping. i'm not sure those with a new rr silver cloud take many trips to the grocer.

thanks,

yoni

Yonatan,

I think that the word 'practical' is what will make so many people click on this great article. Not too many small business people can relate to Rolls-Royce but you have really made the lessons applicable to any business as you stated you would. As you said you don't need to cater to millionaires to bring quality of service and products. Every customer deserves the best. Very nice job!

shosh,

thanks. practical application is what i strive for in my rambling works. millionaires are so few, we as businesspeople have to take into account those who are on a budget as well and give them 100 percent.

Yoni,

As Ben says, another great car related post. The one thing that struck me most is the part about giving quality no matter the price. Whether I make a $10 bouquet or one costing several hundred I try to give everything I have and treat the cusuomer as king or queen.

Yonatan,

Two great automobile articles in a row. I respected your request to hold back votes, but I/we at IL think your writing is too damn good not to vote. Sorry.

Hi Yoni,

I remember riding with a friend in high school. We saw a Rolls-Royce approaching from the other direction. It was winter - he rolled down his window, and yelled out: "Get that piece of shit off the road!!" I fell on the floor laughing!
