Sitting in front of a computer all day can be a pain in the neck…literally. There are a few simple changes you can make to your office to give your back, neck, eyes and even wrists a break.

If you can get out and get some fresh air it really does the trick. Or just stand up where you are and walk around a bit. Don't hunch over your computer for hours no matter what the reason. Break up that time somehow.

The pain in the neck is very unpleasant, especially when we need to work long hours (product launches, rushing towards a deadline, etc.) I would love to read some tips on how to avoid this if I'm traveling because those ergonomic stuffs will not be available.
