Hi Adam,

Thanks for the great post and for sharing it with the BizSugar community. Many leaders seem unlikely choices beforehand, but I think ultimately passion and a desire to share that unique passionate outlook with others are key components of great leadership.

I agree... but I think the best leaders are also really good at spotting opportunities and potential and knowing how bring it all together. Passion alone won't help you if you can't execute on it.
