Thank you for your post. I think it's vital to bring to light the issue that procrastination goes beyond "putting something off." Although procrastination is a normal and learned behavior, it's important to be self-aware because it can get out of hand and seriously affect your productivity and performance.

Hey Lyz, yes procrastination is not an alien thing. It is inbuilt into our systems. So procrastinating once in a while is totally OK and normal. But if it hinders your progress that's something you should address.
