I had to refresh 2 times to see the video but it is insane! First you hear about shootings and massacers at work now it's trying to beat someone up at work over food. I bet it wasn't like this in the past. Society is getting more violent all of the time and I guess that it filters to the workplace is the extension. I don't know what the solution is if any but you are right that it may seem odd or a bit funny at first then you realize how serious it is and what it means. Are you ready to defend yourself at work if an abusive customer enters. It's an important question to ask.
