I am a thinker. An idea person. Maybe some would call me a day dreamer. I like to ponder the possibilities and simmer on the execution and outcome. It’s part of who I am. Thanks for sharing this. Certainly isn't a new idea but for small business owners its a critical one. If you're the boss, there's no one looking over your shoulder. That's the good news. The bad news is that this makes you in charge of it all -- motivation, ideation and quality control. There's a reason these functions are sometimes separated at larger companies. But at smaller ones, you'll need to perform them on your own. Make no mistake, at the intersection of these three roles is where paralysis happens.
