Kosio: Good to hear about the sleep mask! ;) I understand what you are saying re. having a smartphone near your head the whole night... With the power nap app, you put the mobile in your pocket between 20 - 120 minutes (1 sleep cycle).

I've tested a few "sleep aps" but don't like any of them so far. Their benefit is far outweighed by the fact that you need to keep your smartphone near you the whole night.

A good sleep mask is a must :)
