Thanks for your response! It does take a bit of courage. I think the courage is in facing rejection a second time. And it has happened. I have gotten a few nasty emails saying things like "It's none of your damn business why I didn't hire you!" And a couple of similar responses by phone!
Overall, those who have given me their time have been wonderfully helpful and have given me tremendous feedback. Those who haven't given feedback were generally nice about it and I realize that people are busy. It's one of those things with much to gain and not much to lose!

The way you frame the questions of course depends on knowing your potential customers and it looks like these work for you which is great.
The important part is following up as most do not.
