Ever have something so set in your mind that you won’t stop until you make it happen? I’ve been working pretty hard on this one task for the last few months, but it wasn’t until recent that I became laser focused on it. It seems that I will work harder on something the more “real” it seems.

It's great that you're striving for a promotion. Like you said, the extra money will certainly help you scale your business up. I think that many people who have 9 to 5's that are trying to grow their business would benefit from a promotion. A lot of times getting a promotion may be easier for some people.
