I'm also turning to videos now that I hve given up blogging. I'm trying to find those diamonds in the rough that give some insight and wisdom in somewhat unexpected ways. I didn't want to stop contributing here completely, so it's a nice laternative to writing :)

I watched him step down and LOVED watching him be heckled! Imagine working for decades to rise through the ranks, cement a reputation and throw it all away like that. Asshole.

Squirrels. Elephants. Lions. Tigers. Chimps. Cute animal videos are one of the few reddeming qualities of the internet.

Michael Douglas said in Wall Street: "If you want a friend, get a dog." Already have two of those.

I say: "Want to learn about human behavior? Watch animals."

Best lesson I've learned thus far: All other species kill for survival. Food. Defense of territory. We humans are the only ones who do it for sport, for fun, for vengeancë, to be "made men" in the mob, to earn gang colors, or just because somebody looked at us the wrong way.

I want to hug a chimpanzee! How sweet! How much we have to learn from our primate friends, especially after working at jobs where trying to get someone to help you was often an exercise in futility.

Looking for a helping hand in the workplace? Just make sure that same hand doesn't have a knife in it...aimed at your back.

Sure there are those great people who pitch in, but others slyly ask what's in it for them or have ulterior motives like sabotage.

Or...I'm just paranoid...
