I do use Workflowy and like it for keeping me organized but I wouldn't say it's made me more productive. I haven't tried the Eisenhower matrix. I will check it out!

Cate: Thanks for sharing your productivity tools and tricks! I have to check out the Gmail labs and multiple inboxes. I use Boomerang too and plan to start with the Pomodoro technique. I have downloaded a couple of Pomodoro apps.
