Obesity in the workplace is becoming an issue. I even have a friend working for a Food Production company that receives an IR for that. Does that really made sense? Is is fair to your employees? As small business owners, what's your view?

Oops.. My apologies for this statement: Is is fair to your employees?. It should be: Is IT fair to your employees? I hope bizsugar administrator/webmaster will provide us the option to edit our submitted articles. See this case for example. ;)
