Have you read the book on Ubersleep? I have tried different sleep patterns, but I am falling back to a more regular sleep cycle with 6 - 8 hours of sleep per night. I am a night owl / watchman, so I have a hard time to go to bed early in the evening. I could wake up early in the morning, at 3 - 5 AM, having a mug of tea, and then go back to sleep, after checking the net for a little bit. I have the alarm clock on my smartphone at 7 AM as the default time.
