I am in favor of the Eisenhower Matrix and have paper and app version of Eisenhower.me. Brian Tracy's alphabet prio. list, A-E is good too, but I think I would get off track after letter, C... ;) That is why 3 Most Important Tasks per day is reasonable prio. system.
