I commend your attitude and the way you have welcomed the negative reactions with open arms - that surely will neutralize a lot of the negativity.
Bottom line is, statistically, there will always be a negative reaction on a SM or SN site. I don't know what the ratio is +ve versus -ve, but even on the MOST inspiring of blogposts or videos I have seen online, there is always ONE who will be derogative, negative, accusatory or worse!
My way of dealing with negative people online and offline, is simply the thought "whatever they are saying is more about them than me" If they say they hate me (and don't know me) then they hate themselves, and I am merely the channel that they use to express that.
Works for me every time :)
