A great piece of legislation and a massive leap forward but still too many loopholes. I think too many qualified people still slip through the cracks when they come in to an interview and the interviewer sees that something is 'different.' Then attitudes take over and people find covert ways to shut doors. ADA is a great and meaningful start though.
