Valentine - Great tips and very important ones for small business owners. I particularly like #3. As a small business owner you have to learn delegate and stop micromanaging. There is no way you can meet the demand of small business if you insist on doing everything yourself or micro-managing your employees.

I usually delegate a lot, but attempting to pay attention to all the details and trying to drive employees and assistants always will simply ruin the purpose of delegation. Nice post Valentine :)
