I was not aware that your are the moderator of this great site so i offer a double thank-you for your hard work and the great articles including this one. I am a reader admirer and voter on this site. I dont yet have enough business knowledge to submit. I am glad though that the issue of Karrma" came up as I have noticed some things about Biz Sugar in my time here. There are those who see this great forum as a SOCIAL forum. They vote for others and comment. They seem to take a sincere interst in the articles and learning from them. they in turn get votes and comments. Then there are those I see who just post articles. They dont vote or comment. They seem to take no interest in what others are posting or saying. They in turn post there own articles. Why> Because seemingly they want others here to read them, learn from them and vote for them. I also see a buddy-network which is apparent here-those who vote only for there friends and no one else. It seems that in this age of social media that too many people are ignoring the SOCIAL part or as you said the Karma. Great article which might open peoples eyes to this issue.
I have spoken my mind and said my "peace."
Thanks, Heidi

Great article! I especially was moved by the "Practice Good Karma" section.
I know that my husband Yoni has really found a community here in BizSugar. He is a GREAT writer but as is the case with many who go into business for themselves, he has very little knowledge of the business world itself. He is an avid reader of the articles on this site as am I. I see him daily checking out the articles because there is so much information here and so much to be learned. He is learning so many lessons from the advice and info here that he is incorporating into his biz practices and thought.
I am also happy to say that his Karma is allowing him to forge connections and readers here on the site.
As the moderator on this fine site I wish to add a big THANKS for the opportunity that you and Anita present to us!
