When I was in the workforce, I used it religiously and saw the benefits. Now that I'm pursuing Entrepreneurship, I'm looking at it from a different perspective and don't see it as critical to me. I post there and maybe get some traffic to my site. It's not necessary to me anymore but I still have my profile up because it's my resume...and it took me one helluva long time to create it.
