I have had very good results using Google Drive for idea generation and collaboration, and Trello as an initial content calendar for approvals and edits (calendar power up enabled). This approach allows for drag and drop flexibility when it comes to post dates prior to assigning the fixed post schedule in a tool like Buffer, Hootsuite or the like.
