Thanks for this, cegeland. All the tips seem pretty straightforward. I think the one I find the most challenging is fostering conversations, but it depends on the platform. I thrive on FB when it comes to that, but on Twitter not so much.

Building relationships is definitely not a quick fix and yes it can be tough but as you said if you have fun with it, it can be a fun and rewarding process.
