The experts tell us to define our audience. They want us to come up with something like 25 year old female, mom, full-time employee, and discount shopper. Let’s face it, though, I’ve been in the meetings where this type of thing is discussed. There is very little defining that takes place. Usually, it’s more about guessing than defining. The good news for today is that with social media, we no longer have to guess. Now, our audience finds us.
