I think the angle about humanizing is interesting here...and very true when it comes to blogging. Creating a voice for one's business and personal brand are critical. Not easy things to be faked or automated. And it is inadvisable to try.

I agree. I did the interview with Tara, and I had never really considered blogging in such a way. Though I would think it is better suited for small businesses to adopt these strategies than for the big guns.
