And while using several different social media platforms at once can be very effective, we understand if you only have enough resources to concentrate on one or two. I actually think that IG is the better platform and much easier to get results on for beginners

Great comment! Yes, if a company does have someone 'in their office' who can capture great content a few times a week, IG is a great place right now! It comes down to time and nature of the business. And sometimes just jumping in and seeing what works! A little a/b testing is always good (if time is not an issue ;) )

Very good points made. I suggest anyone who's debating what site to use to read that article. I made a comment on the blog that will help anyone who's still not sure which platform to use. That is the ONE thing that it ultimately comes down to.

How about both, as Instagram is owner by Facebook. ;)

Depending on what the clients strategy is - Instagram is a bit of a different strategy + you have to have a dedicated person for photos (taking and posting) and engagement. Facebook you can focus on curating content to fill gaps, but I don't recommend that on Instagram (unless you are working with someone to do re-posts)
