Hi Sian,

Congratulation once again for your new role at TYB but if I were to choose from these photos, I will definitely go to #1 because it looks more professional with both eyes showing very well and people can easily recognise you when they see you.

#2. It looks professional yet personal. The first one looks like it was casually taken at home. The last one looks too much like a professional portrait. But none of them are bad, #2 is just the best.
